HOTEL DISTIL'S BARREL AGED CULTURE IS BROUGHT TO LIFE
THROUGH A REFINED EXPERIENCE FROM ARRIVAL THROUGH DEPARTURE
Refined Service
The Hotel Distil leadership team is certified by Good Manners Club and follows Forbes 4 Steps of Service - an anchor for our commitment to deliver a new standard for Louisville luxury. Our Bourbon Ambassadors are Stave & Thief certified and select managers are offered continuing education with local Master Distillers to stay on trend.
Prescription to Celebrate
During prohibition, a medical prescription was the only way to enjoy a drink. Authentic to our roots, when guests check-in at Hotel Distil they receive their very own prescription card inviting them to our nightly toast to the Repeal of Prohibition. With a nod to the year 1933, our celebration is at exactly 7:33 pm – 19:33 military time – every night.
In-Room Bourbon Cart
For an intriguing upgrade, guests can order a true bourbon experience delivered right to their room and hand-crafted by our Bourbon Ambassadors. The in-room bourbon cart houses 10 premium name-brand whiskeys, but guests can also choose between four signature old fashioned cocktails, crafted with our private single barrel picks and house-made bitters. The in-room bourbon cart is exclusively available to guests in our Connoisseur Suites.
Bourbone Program
Hotel Distil celebrates dogs almost as much as we celebrate bourbon. Our dog-friendly program features a handmade bourbon barrel dog bed, a custom-tailored PupJoy Box, and a Hotel Distil branded chew toy.
Private Single Barrel Picks
Hotel Distil collaborated with local distilleries to provide guests with signature flavors from private single barrels. The inaugural barrel pick is in partnership with one of our neighbors on whisky row, Old Forester. Find this and future barrel picks available in our on-site restaurant, Repeal Oak-Fired Steakhouse or rooftop bar, Bitters End.
